What is Regen Restore Hair Loss Treatment?
ReGen Restore is our innovative hair restoration treatment that uses nanofat to stimulate natural hair growth. It is designed to address thinning hair, a receding hairline, and androgenic alopecia.
Hair grows in four stages—anagen, catagen, telogen, and exogen—and losing some hair each day is a normal part of this cycle. However, factors such as illness, hormonal changes, stress, aging, and genetics can disrupt the cycle, with hereditary baldness (androgenic alopecia) being the most common cause of hair loss.
Nanofat is derived from your own adipose tissue and contains adipose-derived stem cells. When transferred to the scalp, these stem cells help stimulate new hair growth. At Defyne, we combine nanofat with a medication called Dutasteride to support and enhance hair regrowth by promoting the natural hair growth cycle.

What to Expect
Your first step toward addressing hair thinning or hair loss is a consultation at Defyne. During this appointment, you can discuss your hair loss concerns and ask any questions about the ReGen Restore treatment. Your plastic surgeon will provide detailed instructions to help you prepare for your procedure.
Nano fat is collected from areas such as the stomach, thighs, or buttocks using liposuction. The harvested fat is then purified through a series of filtration methods to prepare it for injection. Once ready, the scalp is cleaned, a numbing solution is applied, and the nano fat is injected using a fine needle. The procedure is generally painless, though you may feel mild tugging or prodding during fat collection.
ReGen Restore is minimally invasive, so there is little to no downtime. Most patients can resume normal activities immediately. Results typically begin to appear within six months, though optimal outcomes usually require multiple treatments. A series of 3 to 5 sessions spaced several months apart is generally recommended for best results.
