There are three components that determine breast aesthetics: the skin envelope, the nipple position, and the volume and shape of the breast
When these three components are balanced, the breast will have a full, youthful, and lifted appearance. By approaching each of these components separately, we can reliably create customized solutions to augment and lift the breast without unwanted scars and without general anesthesia.
Radiofrequency/thermal energy and micro-coring technology can allow tightening of the skin envelope by utilizing the body’s own regenerative capabilities. This can be directed to move the nipple position in the desired direction. Volume can be restored using Enhanced Viability Fat Transfer (EVFT). This technique, by using surfactant poloxamer P188, allows targeted and predictable volume retention.
If even more lift is required, an in-office breast lift procedure can also be performed under local anesthesia to remove excess breast skin.
There is no downtime required following a True Form Breast Lift, and patients can return home afterward to heal. The results of True Form Breast Lift are meant to be lifelong, though it can take up to six months for final results to become noticeable. This is because the fat cells transferred to the breasts must settle into place. Because of the minimally invasive nature of this procedure, no drains are needed after treatment, though a compression garment will be placed, and a special surgical bra is worn. Patients are encouraged to walk around on the day of surgery to promote blood flow. Pain medication is rarely needed following this procedure, as minimal bleeding and soreness occur.
