The S.M.A.R.T. Contour procedure is performed awake using local anesthesia in the comforts of our specialized procedure rooms.
Your surgeon will spend time with you before your procedure to review the plan and markings and answer any last-minute questions.
During the procedure, your comfort is our greatest priority, and we pride ourselves on providing a seamless experience. The local anesthesia ensures you won’t feel a thing while our surgeons work, and our team will be with you throughout the process. We have dubbed this process our “Talk n’ Tuck” approach, which decreases procedure time, complication risks, and post-procedure pain and ensures a faster recovery time. Patients tell us that it feels like the whole experience is over in a wink of an eye—and you even get to choose the music in the room.
Multiple technologies will be employed to achieve slimmer, tighter arms. First, a few tiny incisions will be created at the treatment site, through which fat is removed via liposuction. To address skin laxity and quantity, RFAL treatments can be added resulting in superior, natural-looking results patients can enjoy for years.
RFAL (Radiofrequency assisted lipolysis) is a minimally invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency-assisted thermal energy to tighten the skin.
There is minimal downtime and little to no pain required following the S.M.A.R.T. Contour procedure. You may be given a special compression garment to wear on the treatment sites to reduce swelling during the healing process.
