Individuals who are not ideal candidates for a traditional facelift and neck lift or are seeking a less invasive option may benefit from our signature Overnight Lift or P.R.O facial rejuvenation.
If a facelift & neck lift is right for you, you may be asked to stop or adjust certain medications, as well as stop smoking. Our team will give you detailed instructions on how to best prepare for a successful outcome.
At Defyne, we have been able to combine advanced local anesthesia techniques to offer this surgery under twilight sedation in the comforts of our very own specialized procedure rooms. This means that there is no need for a tube in your throat or any paralysis. Our board-certified anesthesiologist ensures your comfort while minimizing medication, leading to a shorter recovery time and a quicker return to your activities. Once your surgery is complete, you will be able to return to your home or your hotel within a few hours. Your utmost safety is our highest priority and we only used proven enhanced recovery during and after surgery (ERAS) protocols to care for you.
Following facelift & neck lift surgery, most patients can return home to rest and recover. Bandages will be placed on the treatment area, and drains may be inserted to prevent the buildup of fluid. Our team will provide a special cooling mask to help minimize bruising and swelling. Any discomfort can be alleviated with pain medication provided by your surgeon. Most people can resume normal activities after 1 week. However, exercise and strenuous activities should be postponed for about 3 weeks.

A standard facelift fully addresses moderate to severe aging around the mid-face and neck. While this surgery is more extensive than a mini-facelift, the results are more noticeable. Incisions will be created behind the hairline near the temples and around the front of the ears, though tissues are repositioned. For the neck lift portion of the procedure, an incision may also be created below the chin. Liposuction is often employed to eliminate excess fat pockets and further improve results.
